Founded by Palak Shah, EXHALE LABEL is a casualwear brand that blends effortless comfort with a powerful message of self-love, inclusivity, and mental health awareness. Each design is inspired by real women, their emotions, and their stories, with every piece named after the woman who inspired it.

Through minimal yet statement-making apparel, from T-shirts and shirts to hoodies and sweatshirts, Palak challenges social stigmas surrounding body image and mental health. Bold affirmations such as “My Body Not Yours,” “Labels Are for Clothes,” and “Brown and Beautiful” encourage self-acceptance and meaningful conversations.
